Hi, I'm Mae-Lin, and I combine over a decade of experience as a specialised personal trainer with my sensitivity as an energy healer to deliver yoga and meditation classes that are focused on recovery, relaxation, rejuvenation, emotional healing and spiritual evolution.
With my knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology, injury management and sport-specific exercise programming, I design asana practices for a wide variety of needs, including postural correction, injury prevention, and athletic recovery and performance.
My personal practice and teacher training in traditional kundalini and kriya yoga allow me to assist people in working directly with their energy bodies through techniques including mantra, pranayama, asana, movement practice, kriya, meditation and yoga nidra.
Outside of yoga, I've had two decades of experience in combat sports, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts. I have a strong connection with plant medicine, nature-based spirituality and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I enjoy learning languages, surfing, and creating a semi-nomadic life based on freedom, purpose, service and authenticity.
