Recovery Session for Surfers

This practice focuses on gently releasing common areas of tightness for surfers, like shoulders, chest, upper back, lats and lower back.

We also practise a short pranayama to help with our abilities to retain and control the breath.

Even if you haven't been surfing, this is a beautiful practice to do if you want some relaxation, recovery and upper body release.
