This 35-minute class gets you moving and flowing gently, and focuses on lengthening the hip flexors, opening up the chest and shoulders with gentle backbends, and activating the glutes and core - areas which often get weakened by prolongued sitting and which are crucial for a strong, healthy back.
The practice ends with a simple posture that will bring you into deep calm while we turn the focus inwards towards the breath, and move into deep physical and mental relaxation in savasana.
