30-Minute Invigorating Flow

In this flow sequence we keep moving in between each asana, which is great for times when you want to get your energy flowing and to wake up and feel more alert and energised. We end this sequence on the mat, moving into relaxation.

I first designed this sequence for beginner surfers wanting to develop some of the physical attributes needed for surfing, such as moving between the feet and the floor/board, balance, posterior chain strength and upper body strength. But this sequence will benefit anyone wanting to have a more invigorating practice which challanges them to develop better strength and posture!
