30 Minute Flow-to-Stillness for the End of the Day

If you feel tired at the end of the day, with an ache in your lower back and maybe some puffiness or stiffness in your legs too, this 30-minute practice is for you.

Loosen up and relieve stiffness with some simple warm-up flows, and then calm your body down and end in some relaxing yin yoga poses and get ready for sleep!

This practice is suitable for all levels and is beginner-friendly.
